IMF has officially started on 11/ 9/06. Today was e 2nd day. Till now, those offices at my level hasn't been filled up yet, a lot hasn't come thus it was rather peaceful & slacking. Thus we had nothing much to do. But other levels esp level 4 whereby the rest of the offices are located there as well were so busy, they kept paging for the Floor Manager using the walkie takeis given!Poor FM! As the CFA (Conference Facilitating Officer), my job is to patrol respective deployment area & check that everything is in gd condition; in short we are also the "higher class" cleaners. -_- Got to know a lot of new frens frm NP & SMU..The bad thing is i have to wake up at 6am!!Coz our briefing is at 7.30am and work all the way till 5.30 with breaks from 10am-12pm & 2-4pm. The breaks are what i anticipate everyday!=D. We were provided with lunch & dinner. So we are actually quite lucky la for we have long breaks, short actual working hrs & are paid. Chiiled @ Starbucks today & played alot of "Mind" games during the break wif the pple i got to noe...Fun =) Tml gonna be busy, coz all delegates will start filling up the offices..My level consist of the large Plenary Hall whereby ALL delegates & spouse will come for the IMF Plenary Session and oso the office of the WorldBank's President is over here too. Those big figures' offices are at our level. Hope things wont get chaotic as the plenary session approaches.(18,19,20th)
I'm like SOO tired everyday after work & when i wake up in e morning. The waking hour is sort of killing me la!!Really cant take it..I'm not a morning person..Thus now have to train myself to sleep early...zzZz..And i have a lot of abrasions on my feet coz of the new black shoes dat im wearing..hais.Got no choice..PAinnn..Somehow i wish that i've not participated in IMF la..It's really too tiring & taxing..My holidays are gone just like dis..Straight away after IMF i will resume back to my telemarketing job =(..If IMF is just 1/2 days event, it would be better la..Too bad =(.And also i have not enuff time to learn guitar & go out wif frens..*Sob*...Lifeless.
