Food poisoning is a common, usually mild, but sometimes deadly illness. Typical symptoms include nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramping, and diarrhoea that come on suddenly (within 48 hours) of consuming a contaminated food or drink. Depending on the contaminant, fever and chills, bloody stools, dehydration, and nervous system damage may follow. These symptoms may affect one person or a group of people who ate the same thing (this would be called an outbreak).

Im down with food poisoning :( :( . Was awakened by a nauseous feeling & a bad stomachache in e middle of e night. Anything i eat or drink is vomitted out the next thing i know; even plain water. All ive eaten the whole day are pieces of sour plums & chilled coke.- weirdly, they don't cause me to vomit. Coke makes me feel better man. After all the vomitting & diarrhoea & cramps came the fever & headaches.

It's just like a living hell today. Didnt go work & econs class :( Don't think tml can work too; & am gonna miss the math class too :( I'm worried about the upcoming Makeup Challenge Prelim this Thursday; as i don't know when im fit to go & buy the makeup & find time to practise with Jingmin. IM REALLY PRAYING HARD THAT I WILL GET WELL BY THEN!! Don't wanna miss the prelim!! & so Gonna miss the math class on thurs too :( Gonna miss all the 3 classes this week!! Like how am i gonna catch up man...especially for AMATH. ahh. & BAOC will be starting from tml to thurs. I can only go one day :(

SIANNNNNNNNN....feel so terrible....got sick @ a FREAKING wrong time...its freezing COLD & my stomach hurts alot... :( :( :( too weak to go c doc. bedridden the whole day. PRAY FOR ME OK. I've got many stuff this week. Benny Hinn i need you!
